Cancellation Policy

Consulting Cancellation

Customers may cancel by written notice. Before work begins, payments may be refundable less a stated non-refundable deposit or committed cost. After work begins, the customer remains responsible for completed work and incurred costs.

Software Cancellation

Customers may cancel future subscription renewal by emailing Info@d50construction.com before the renewal date. Cancellation normally remains effective at the end of the paid subscription term, and access continues through that date unless the account is terminated for misuse or nonpayment.

Automatic Renewal

Automatic renewal applies only when disclosed before purchase. Renewal charges use the payment method on file unless the subscription is canceled before renewal.
